WHICH DATA WE PROCESS?

We process personal data that is necessary for the recruitment process on the basis of art. 22 (1) of the Polish Labor Code. These are:

  1. name (names);

  2. last name;

  3. names of parents;

  4. date of birth;

  5. place of residence (address for correspondence);

  6. education;

  7. the course of employment.

In order for us to be able to contact you, we also need your email address and telephone number. They will be only for recruitment purposes - thanks to that we will be able to invite you to the interview and inform you about the result.

In addition, if you provided us with other data in your CV or cover letter, we will also process it. What you gave us is entirely up to you. For the needs of recruitment, we need data that the Polish Labor Code allows us to request. The more data you provide, the better we will be able to meet you.

If you agree, your personal data will also be processed for other recruitments for similar positions to the one you applied for.

Remember also that when you are already an employee (which we hope you will be soon!), as an employer, we may also request from you other personal data - names and dates of birth of your children (if you provide such data due to your use of special rights provided for in the labor law) and your PESEL number.

THE PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

All data we have received from you, we process for recruitment purposes and the possible conclusion of a contract. In addition, if you have agreed to this, we will use your CV also for future recruitment.

THE BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The basis for the processing of your personal data that we may request based on the Polish Labor Code is the law - art. 22 (1) of the Labor Code. If you provided additional data in your CV or cover letter, we will process it for the purpose of the contract conclusion process.

If you agree to the use of your data for future recruitment, your agreement will be the basis for processing them for this purpose.

The consent you give may be withdrawn at any time. To withdraw your consent, write to us at _________. Remember that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing that has already been made on the basis of the consent given.

We do not use any systems that automatically process your personal data.

WHO GET YOUR DATA FROM US?

Your personal data is only transferred between entities that make up the Gamedesire group. Your data may also be transferred to external entities that, at our request, recruit for a given position. In addition, we provide your data to companies providing hosting services for us and IT support for our recruitment system. If we make a contract with you, your data will also be transferred to entities providing accounting and HR services for us, as well as to tax offices and the Social Insurance Institution.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

We store your personal data until the recruitment process is completed. If you have agreed to the processing of data for the purposes of other recruitment, we will process your data for another two years. After this time, they will be removed from our database.
